Tanya Orr

Background

Hello, my name is Tanya.

As a counsellor- psychotherapist for over 25 years and a supervisor of counsellors for 15, I continue to see how helpful counselling can be.

Are you finding life tough, trying to deal with stress, anxiety, loss, feeling low or depressed or the impact of abuse and trauma?

Are you finding daily life a hard to manage, or perhaps there is there a specific issue that is impacting you? I am sorry that you are having to struggle – life can get us down and sometimes the most courageous thing we can do is to seek some support.

I offer you my extensive experience as a counsellor, supervisor and trainer of counsellors so that together we can find the best way forward for you to resolve the things that are troubling you.
