Sarah Finneran

Experience

Hello, my name is Sarah. I am a person-centred counsellor who works in a non-judgmental and non-prescriptive way.

I believe that everyone can lead a balanced life, whether they are facing changes in their daily life, feeling at a crossroads, or just wanting to understand themselves better. I aim to support you in moving towards a more fulfilling life.

Taking the first steps towards personal growth and improvement can be daunting, but I am here to help you through the initial stages of our sessions together.

During our work, my expertise, genuineness, and empathy will enable you to explore the difficult and troubling issues that you may be experiencing.

Our sessions will give you the time and space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. This will help you understand yourself more fully, enabling growth and positive changes in your life.

I have experience in working with many issues, such as changes in situations or circumstances, anxiety, loss, or mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression.

I also have experience supporting those experiencing menopause, domestic abuse and recovery from addiction.

I offer counselling services for individuals ages 16 and above.
