Sarah Brigden
Background
I am now offering sessions face to face, telephone and online via Zoom.
As a humanistic counsellor, my counselling practise is non-directive based on a person centred approach integrated with humanistic existential and psychodynamic theory. My aim is to offer clients the right support in a safe and non-judgemental environment enabling them to explore their own feelings and thoughts and discover the answers within. Before retraining as a counsellor I worked within a large manufacturing company and so have some understanding of the pressures of working in a large organisation and the challenges of employment.
I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work within the BACP ethical framework.
