I aim to provide a warm, friendly and professional relationship to help you to talk as freely as possible with me. I offer an initial session for an hour so we can take time to explore your difficulties without obligation. If you feel that I am the right person for you to work with, we can then consider how we can best work together.

Usually, we will address the current issues to help you through any crisis that may have brought you to seek help. In addition, my approach is psychodynamic / integrative so we can tackle the root causes of your difficulties, look at how you have become who you are and how your life events have shaped your current experience and relationships. Through exploration of these you can be released from the unhelpful patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviour, which invariably underlie problems such as depression, anxiety or relationship difficulties.

I offer sound support, professional standards, and a warm commitment to you to see you through.

With new powerful qualities of discernment, self-worth and groundedness, you will be choosing your partner, the person who best fits your way of being, your feelings, needs and dreams.

Conscious Uncoupling

I will guide you through the seven steps to:

  • Create a vividly strong image of what you want in your partner
  • Learn to be the person you want to be in that relationship and in your life
  • Become powerfully attractive to the person you desire

In the process we will:

  • Complete missing pieces of emotional development
  • Develop relationship intelligence and skills
  • Let go of the past
  • Help you find yourself, your strength, your beauty
  • Move you forwards into the true, most grown up, alluring and powerful you!

Love Relationship Coaching – Calling in The One & Conscious Uncoupling

Do you want to separate or divorce in the most cooperative, dignified and respectful way?

Do you want to do more than survive but truly thrive?

Then Conscious Uncoupling is for you!

This elegant process is five steps long and uses, as your guiding light, the ideal relationship that you would like with your former partner for the future. This may involve co-operation or total separation – whatever is right for you.

In 5 Steps you will:

  • rediscover and become more secure and powerful in yourself
  • understand and express your feelings,
  • grow through any unhelpful patterns of relating
  • learn new skills to manage differences
  • create new ways of relating to your former partner
  • better safeguard your children’s happiness
