Sometimes the fear of being judged can hold us back from seeking help and advice, and in resisting we fail to be true to ourselves and embrace the possibilities a positive practical step like counselling can offer to initiate change and alleviate difficulties in our daily lives. It may be also that we know something’s not quite right but fail to make ourselves a priority until difficulties force us to seek support, whichever is the case, I invite you to take a moment to consider a change, whether you know what brings you to seek help or simply wish to explore things that concern you.
I practice a Relational and Psychodynamic form of Transactional Analysis (TA) which is integrative and draws upon Humanistic, Psychoanalytic and Cognitive Behavioural approaches, this permits me to tailor therapy to your individual requirements.
