Sam Hewitt

Background

As a Person-Centred therapist, I offer a private and confidential space, where you can feel safe to explore and understand the personal or emotional difficulties that you are experiencing.

Through a non-judgemental, sensitive and understanding approach, I will work with you to help explore these feelings and emotions that are related to your experiences.

I believe the work that we do together will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Within this understanding, it is my belief that you will also find an increasing awareness of the strengths and resources available to help and support you now and in the future.
