Background

Life can be difficult, even at the best of times….and sometimes it can feel overwhelming to the point where it feels impossible to know what to do.

Taking some time for yourself in a supportive, safe, confidential therapeutic relationship may enable you to find the way forward that you are seeking.

Now you have decided that counselling may be an option for you; what type of therapy do you choose? …and which Therapist?

My counselling approach is based on Person Centred Therapy. This type of therapy can enables self- awareness and personal growth through creating a safe & comfortable space for you to explore your thoughts, fears or worries. I will listen to you without judgement, I will hear your concerns and together we will look at how you want to move forward. A better understanding of self can bring about acceptance which in turn enables confidence, courage and self-esteem to grow.

I offer the first meeting free of charge, this non obligatory session can offer you the chance to meet me, hear more about how I work and decide for yourself if I am the right therapist for you.

Please email, text or phone to arrange this appointment.
