Don’t struggle with this alone reach out for some help. I offer a confidential safe space, with a compassionate listening ear and open mind for you to talk at your pace.

I am a qualified counsellor who uses a person-centred (talking) approach, a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and my work is shaped by their Ethical Framework and commitment to clients. I work alongside those experiencing mental health problems such as depression and anxiety. Low self-esteem, issues of identity, sexuality, trauma, shame, and negative childhood experiences.

I offer, by appointment sessions in person, securely via Online Video or by Telephone.

Qualifications

  • CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
  • Online & Telephone Counselling CPD
  • CPCAB Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Theory
  • CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
  • BSc Degree (Psychology/Counselling/Social Modules)

Experience

I volunteer one day a week working with a charity-based organisation counselling in Cirencester and a Youth Counselling Service (16-19yrs) in Swindon. Both services align with my personal belief that accessible, affordable counselling is made available to all.

Rates:

Sessions are by appointment in person, online video or by phone.

  • I offer a free no-obligation 15-minute introduction call
  • Further appointments are £40 per session for Telephone or Zoom

Our Rooms

There are five rooms, all suitable for couples or individual Counselling. One of these is large enough to use for family therapy, groups or training workshops. The therapy rooms are furnished with large leather chairs with cushions, solid oak side tables, classic floor and table lamps, plants and framed photos or pictures of landscapes.
